The room we had included a kettle, climate control, and an individual safe. The location was super and brilliant, near to the adjacent `` Royal Wing '', the Rose garden and a natural park of sorts and easily accessible.
The setting was more remote.

I absolutely loved the hotel's white-painted lobby, which felt so clean and inviting. the fragrance of flowers wafting through the air made it even more delightful. It was a pleasure to see how accessible the hotel was for seniors, making my stay very comfortable.
I would appreciate better communication from the children working there.

Location: the hotel was near to the city area and rocky cliff with waves constantly crashing below and the coast of Atami. There were a wide array of restaurants to eat, like Dai Ichi Fujimaru Shokudo that was only 20 minutes' walk away...

My stay at this hotel was fantastic! The views from my room were breathtaking, with the perfect mix of traditional Japanese and Western decor. I really liked that the hotel staff was incredibly kind and friendly. The onsen was one of the best I’ve experienced with fantastic facilities. The hotel’s bar and traditional Japanese restaurant were top-notch, offering some of the best local cuisine I’ve ever tasted. Plus, the location was perfect, close to a lot of attractions and with easy access to transportation.
Some parts of the hotel were a bit outdated and could use some renovations. The gaming arcade was pretty old and needs improvement, as does the patio furniture around the indoor pool.
